Salam. Please write his name as “MUHAMMAD ILYAS QADIRI RIZVI”. His takhallus is ATTAR (as used by him in his Na’ats and Manqabats). His disciples (murideen) are called Attari. So he himself shall not be called Attari. On his letter pad his name is mentioned as “ABUL BILAL MUHAMMAD ILYAS ATTAR QADIRI RIZVI”. But I think it will be too long to mention here at your page.
