Message from Danish Ali UET Lahore
Success is actually an internal satisfaction, that is achieved through the smaller steps. All those steps which you take during your struggle, account for making you successful. But, I believe, that the extreme point of success is never attained.
Most of the people, who get enrolled in UET, don’t know where their interest lies and they don’t find a way to pursue their career. Therefore, they are subjected to depression. I have observed that nearly 70% of the students suffer from psychological disorders and anxiety. This makes them prone to drugs, smoking and they end up destroying themselves.
My aim in life is that I want to establish such a system in which education becomes depression free. I want to see myself as a social worker. Apart from being a Mechatronics Engineer, I play football, hockey and cricket for the sake of physical fitness.
My message to all the readers would be that in this digital world, detach yourselves from those screens/gadgets and think something productive for yourselves and this society.
Because the most important thing is to ‘live a purposeful life’.
